With over 30 years experience in the advertising industry, consisting: 20 years at ISBA; agency account management and global production consultancy Traci brings a wealth of expertise.  In particular in the Marketing Procurement arena having launched a hugely successful Marketing Procurement Community: COMPAG for ISBA and growing it into a thriving 300 strong community.  The world of Marketing Procurement remains a passion point and specialism for Traci along with Sustainability and Inclusion.

Now the Founder of an ESG Advisory Service dedicated to bridging the gap between corporate ESG commitments and their practical implementation in marketing operations.  Transform-Renew-Sustain (TRS) Ltd was born to “Bring clarity to ESG in marketing and production” for brands and agencies.  The adventure continues….
