Tracey, with a career spanning agencies, client-side, and her own consultancy, is one of the industry’s highest-profile and most successful growth practitioners.
She joined Havas Creative Network as UK CMO in 2015 and was promoted to Global CMO in 2019, driving the launch of two major CX and production global networks. In 2023, she was named Global Chief Transformation and Growth Officer, responsible for bringing new products to market, client experience, and growth across Havas’ 70+ Villages.
A Campaign Female Frontiers ‘Visionary Business Leader’ award-winner, she mentors through Women of the World Foundation and holds several non-exec and charity roles.
