Nicky joined Mars in 2000 as an R&D associate focusing on new raw materials for pet nutrition. The move into indirect procurement began with R&D buying followed by moves through factory services and marketing services. In 2016, Nicky made a strategic move into media buying from single market to European lead and then Global role. Working closely with regional procurement leads, marketing and finance to drive value, compliance, and supplier relations with agency partners.
