Global Growth Director, Wellcom
After a decade in Management Consulting delivering transformation for utilities and government departments, Luke founded a creative production agency Zebra Worldwide that he grew across 4 continents over a 12 year period. In 2018 it was sold to PE Bertram Capital and rolled into CreativeDrive, where Luke took position as CEO, EMEA. He developed enterprise client relationships, oversaw technology investments and launched major production studios.
CreativeDrive was sold to Accenture in 2020 where Luke served as a Managing Director before taking a career break. He returned to the industry in January 2026, after 4 years away, to lead Growth at The Wellcom Group.
Working into Global CEO, David Bridges Luke is responsible for service expansion, a new consultative client service approach and will help develop ‘Wellcom Home’, The group’s AI operating model. Ultimately this all feeds into an ambitious growth programme, underpined by the Wellcom Reconvergence model, delivering data, technology, creative & production as a single service for major brands.
