Jacinta Faul is a seasoned professional in the marketing and communications industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of SocialChain, a role she assumed in September 2024.

Before joining SocialChain, Jacinta dedicated a decade to Gravity Road, holding the position of Managing Director from 2019. During her tenure, she led the agency to multiple accolades, including Digital Innovation Agency of the Year awards, and secured transformative clients such as Amazon Fashion and Footlocker Europe. She also spearheaded global partnerships for Unilever and TikTok.

As CEO of SocialChain, Jacinta focuses on expanding the agency’s services in social-first strategy, influencer marketing, and platform-native creative, working with clients including Primark, loveholidays and LinkedIn.
