Simon Michaelides
Director General, ISBA (Incorporated Society of British Advertisers)
Simon took over as the 10th Director General of ISBA (the trade body for advertisers in the UK) in November 2025, joining from British Horseracing, where he was the Chief Customer Officer, and Acting CEO of Great British Racing – the organisation responsible for the central marketing & promotion of the sport.
Prior to that, Simon spent 15 years in FMCG at P&G, PepsiCo, and Kantar Consulting, before embarking on a C-Suite career path across the Media / Entertainment and Travel sectors, where he spent 12 years in a variety of leadership roles at UKTV / BBC Studios and Riviera Travel.
Simon is a Fellow of both The Marketing Academy and The Marketing Society, and holds several non-executive positions, including on the Board of ParalympicsGB.
