With over 30 years’ experience across marketing, digital and media, Neil is a marketing procurement specialist focused on digital and media fee benchmarking, production cost optimisation and complex agency contract negotiation. Having spent 20 years on the agency side, he brings a rare dual perspective, understanding how agencies build commercial models and how brands can unlock greater value from them.
He began his career in the armed forces, where he learned that preparation wins, clarity cuts through noise, and walking away is sometimes the strongest negotiation tactic, skills that translate surprisingly well to agency rate cards.
Working across UK and global roles, he partners with procurement and marketing leaders to drive transparency, efficiency and measurable performance across media, creative and production ecosystems.
