Global EVP, Transformation, Prose on Pixels

Camila is a London-based Brazilian executive known for her ability to drive transformation in global businesses through expertise in Data, Media, Content and Operations.

Over the past 15 years, she has held key executive and C-level roles within major global communications holding groups: as the Global Chief Product Officer for Publicis Groupe; Global Head of Operations for the TBWA Group; Head of Growth & Integration for Havas Group in Brazil; and Global Business Director at the WPP Group, where she headed the Unilever account for over 5 years. 

In 2025, Camila was selected to be part of the Cannes Lions jury, contributing alongside other global leaders to celebrate and recognise excellence in global creativity and effectiveness.

She graduated from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in São Paulo and took a masters specialisation at the Beijing University of International Relations in China. Currently, she lives in East London with her wife and their two rescued dogs, Joana & Jupiter.
